Are they key shortcuts replacing mouse in menue (to click "Start", "Exit", etc)

I am using VR and want to avoid mouse usage. When browsing in the IL2 menue to get to a server, I need to use the mouse to select the server, click on "Start", later on "Exit", etc. Are they keyboard  shortcuts for this?

I'd love to see hotkeys to replace all mouse action, including moving and zooming the map while in-flight. I soooo hatte having to move the right hand off the stick.
