#10009: Game server connection lost.... error. What is the solution?

This very common error has been reported since 2017 and still continues with none of the community able to adress it. Would one of the Dev's care to explain why it happens, and what the solution is?

One solution to this is buy access to fast VPN. This solved my teammate 10009 error, nothing else helped and he try everything.  Surfshark gaming VPN in that particular situation.
