Varjo Aero and OpenXR

I can't get it to work.  Used it with my Reverb G2 but when I connected the Varjo to the same computer I had issues.  After re-installing Varjo Base I could get it to work for a while then I would get the "Something Wrong" message.  Finally the computer crashed.  That could have been from me fooling with settings to get it to work.  I wound up switching to my previous game computer and it worked as long as I went through Steam.  I tried changing the dll and using Open Composite and again the "Something Wrong" message.   Uninstalled Open Composite and back through Steam and it works OK.  Anybody got a step by step solution so I can use Open XR.
