Wordpad errors since the latest windows 10 x64 update?

Hi, usually i worked with MS wordpad creating rtf files with pictures with interesting posts regarding groups, ME tricks and more.

For some reason Wordpad no longer works, especially with larger files i created with it. (Windows 10 64x Enterprise LTSC).

I tried all sorts of Wnodows repair options, no fix found. Any others with this experience?

 

Meanwhile I found a just as fast RTF tool, freeware that seems just as fast maybe even better: https://www.jarte.com/download_secret_afer9_gorp3/jarte_plus_62.zip

Curious  what you think ... (PS LibreOffice is just too slow and complex as 'recommended' alternative.)
