Is it possible to reduce airfield clutter?

I suspect that both PWCG and the stock game put too much clutter on circular-type airfields. I always worry I'm going to taxi into a fuel truck, and I don't feel like I can do squadron take-offs when flying co-op.

 

Is there a setting or json config I can tweak that would reduce this? I was hoping there would just be a list of reference points I could delete somewhere in the core config files, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
