Sandman3838 Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 Good evening I'm hoping you can send a little help my way. It has been suggested more than once, to get the best flight experience use rudder pedals. Recently I purchased the T-Rudder Mk.IV Flight Simulator Pedals. Look great feel great but sensitivity is driving me crazy. I flying WW1 in both ROF and ILS Circus. Would it be too much to ask for a screen shot of your own settings on the Rudder Pedals? Thank you for your time.
czech693 Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 Everyone has their opinion about plane control settings. I've tried everything from 0% to 50% and have settled on 20% (for all three axis) as that feels right to me. I've flown real airplanes for 40 years and owned one for 10 years, and I don't think instant reaction on the controls feels real. Start with something like that and fly it for a while then try another setting and see what you like. You may end up back to 0% in the end as many people swear by no sensitivity setting at all. I'm not familiar with those pedals as I have MFG Crosswinds. If your pedals have friction adjustment you may want to try different settings until it suits you with the amount of force it takes to move the controls. Too light and you can overcontrol and stall, too much and it becomes too hard to use them.
Sandman3838 Posted September 7, 2023 Author Posted September 7, 2023 Fantastic..... Thank you so very much. That's a start I'll try it out.
