Gunsight Reticle Illumination

Fairly new to this flight sim but am loving it. Recently however while flying the P-51D-15 the target reticle seems to have disappeared. I've been reading everything in these forums but nothing seems to work and it has gotten confusing and frustrating. Is this a bug or not? Am I doing something wrong? Initially it was working with what I believe was the default gunsight reticle. Then I tried using the gyro gunsight under modifications and that worked for a few missions and then everything just stopped working.  I tried turning off the gyro gunsight but now I have no reticle at all just a blank gunsight.

 

Please help. I really enjoy this and flying the P-51.

Check your head position you may have move it accidently and it's not lining up with the reticle.

You were absolutely correct! I hit the page up key and the reticle came into view. Evidently I hadn't been hitting/holding it enough to correct my head position.

Also, you can press F10 to change your current view to the default view; incase you weren't aware.
