VKB Gunfighter IV .

Does anyone here happen to have this new model?  I just ordered the Gunfighter IV WW 2 edition with the 200mm extension etc. etc.  Right now, I have the Gunfighter MK 3 with extensions etc. etc.  Actually, I have 2 sets of the MK 3 including 4 grips.  The MK3 grips are supposed to work with the new base and black box so I can use them no problem.  That leaves 2 units.  MK3 base, black box, 200mm extension and various springs etc. etc.  If anyone is interested in one of my MK 3 units, PM me. Both units are complete.  The only parts I'm keeping are the grips.  Maybe I'll sell ONE grip.  Let me know.  I will let everyone here know what I think of the GF IV once it gets delivered and I have it all set up.  Take care all   Eddie.

Given the fact that my new GF IV has been ordered to include the WW 2 grip {with the twist}, I decided I would sell my present MK 3 as it is set up today.  MK 3 base and base plate ,black box, 200mm extension, WW 2 grip [with twist] as well as complete set of new cams, springs etc.  It's all together with no need to load any software or configure the stick.  I have used this KK unit for no more than 15 hours.

Sorry guys.  My post looks like it should be in a for sale section.  That was not my intent.  I just wanted to know if anyone here had one of the new GF units, and maybe provide info on how it is, set up etc. etc.  I guess I got carried away with all these joystick things.  Know what I mean?  Anyhow, does anyone here have a new F unit?   Thanks all   take care   Eddie.

Doubtful anyone has one yet, they have just started taking orders for them.

I ordered mine on the 23rd.  It's  already been shipped and expected delivery by DHL for Aug. 30th.  It's highly possible it may get here sooner.  If that happens, I would say that ain't too bad for shipping.  I'll let the forum know what I think once I have it installed etc.  Take care people   Eddie.

Ordered GUNFIGHTER IV ‘WWII COMBAT EDITION’. It arrived & wife said I'll get it you for Christmas, so can't use it just yet

 

Ordered myself GNX WWII THROTTLE which waiting delivery of. 

 

Will be strange to have hands so far apart on joystick & throttle after all these years of using my Saitek Cyborg 3d joystick where throttle is on the joystick base.

 

Thought about their rudder pedals, but think will keep my Saitek as can get whole foot on them, rather than just ball of foot.

Did you buy the 200mm extension unit?  You can look forward to a really well put together stick, grip and base.  Let me know when your wife lets you get at it.  Take care buddy    Eddie.

Didn't get the stick extension as it said not compatible with the GF IV, but very tempted to get one when they make it compatible.

 

Would also like to F-14 grip when that becomes compatible, for the few times I do fly a modern jet.
