Campaign progress is lost or not saved

While playing Cliffs of Dover Blitz, I was playing the Cliffs of Dover hurricane campaign for a few days and got to mission 5.  Today I tried to resume the campaign but only the "New" button was available.  I could not continue.  So instead, I started the Their Finest Hour campaign and finished mission 1.  After going back to adjust my settings I tried to resume the campaign but again, only got the New button.

Where is your 1C SoftClub folder stored?

 

Is it on the cloud or on a different drive from where the game is stored?

 

This is where your missions, campaigns, etc. information is stored.

 

You should make sure these two folders are on the same drive.

I haven't found that folder, but the problem is no longer happening.   I'm beginning to suspect I accidentally hit the Restart button and brought this upon myself.  ?
