Keybindings stop working in game

After a few missions online my key bindings stop working on keyboard and joystick, sometimes the keyboard stops working totally.

An example is - 

I flew a C47 on Clash of Eagles server to capture an airfield. When I tried to drop the troops my "B" bomb release button would not work on keyboard or joystick. I was still able to turn the aircraft with joystick. I tried to send a message and pressing enter brought up the message dailog box but enter or ctrl/enter would not close it, I had to use the mouse. This only happened after 4 or 5 sorties, up until then everything worked fine. 2 days ago, someone suggested pressing alt/tab then go back into the game and this fixed the problem but last night this technique did not work

Do you have a swich that sends commands constantly? If I forget to set my flapswich (on the Warthog) to neutral I cannot exit the game, as example. A way to test is if you get stuck, ctrl-esc out and start notepad and see what´s written, that´s the swich you need to set to neutral. Hope this helps.
