Settings?

Am relatively new to multiplayer sites. Being most familiar to Flugpark, I pretty much have down what need to be set as far as fuel mixture & radiator. Am trying to graduate to WW2, Can get a plane to start, idle and taxi, but haven't the power to take off. (P-47 & P-51) Is there somewhere I could go to find the answers to my questions on how to at least take off? I have been flying in SP, and it does all the work for me. Time to quit using the crutches...............

Do any of the "Automatic" settings in the control key setting section work? Or does one have to contend with them all separately ?

I'm sure once in the air I can handle getting shot down, I'm an expert at that    ?

There are many variables you need to look at, not only throttle position.  RPM, prop pitch...

Try some of the Axis planes, they tend to be a bit easier in the engine management department.
