FC recon photo?

Hi, this is the first recon photo I have tried to do and failed twice.

Getting lined up to take a pic and when near and in range it says press left win + 1 to mark. I did this and next to the map bottom right I get what looks like a camera icon and with a red X running though it. Flying over the target the red X is still there and I have no Idea on how to take a pic, I did 2 fly pasts in case it was automatic, but it isnt, it doent tell you what key to press, I was at the correct alt under 1,500ft and level flight.

How do you take a picture?

When the icon is crossed out you are not over the target area...

Thanks, sorry for late reply back lost the forum link lol.  I seem to have it right, I lined up with the waypoint marker over the target said to press win and 1, though flying a straight line over the map line and onscreen makers didnt get the opp to take a pic,

 

is there more to this im missing?

Must be Left Win + 1 and it didn’t work as long as you are in the bomb sight. If you are in the bomb sight when you receive the message leave it and than press LeftWin+1. Just guess may this could be the problem??

It's also available on the WWII side with the Ar 234 and Spitfire XIVe.

Interesting. Found the cameras now. What do I place in the mission editor to create a photo target?
