Campaigns - refresh after update

I've forgotten how to access privately-created scripted campaigns after a game update. I thought it was to delete the ".msbin" files, but that didn't seem to work. I'd appreciate your advice.

 

I can't seem to find the answer in a search. If it's available, perhaps a "sticky" would help.
