As per title, anyone knows what these are? Interested in finding out and can't seem to find it anywhere...

Yes there are differences in the speeds and ROC between these models.

F-4 is the lightest of the three... and it does not have the additional air filters and tropical additions, so it is the best turning and the fastest and has the best climb at low and medium altitudes.

F-4 Trop is heavier due to the Tropical additions, with the additional drag from the air filter, and therefore is slower and has inferior climb and turn to the standard F-4 at all altitudes.

F-4Z is even heavier than the Trop model, so it is the poorest performing in all aspects, speed and climb and turn at altitudes below approx. 7000 meters, but does have the GM-1 nitrous injection, which gives it a lot more power at altitudes over approx. 7000 meters, where it can use the boost without the risk of damage... so when it is using GM-1 it is the fastest of all the versions over that altitude and also has the best climb.

F-4Z Trop has all the disadvantages and advantages of the standard F-4Z but has more drag due to the air filter and more weight due to the Tropical additions.

I already tested the GM-1 (stands for "Göring Mischung 1", in English the "Göring mixing" which is the nitrous oxide injection system) at 8000 metres high and all the resulting effects were exquisitely modelled. This is a superb simulator... do not hesitate to explore all its potentialities.
