Cannot log in / license keys not available (fresh install)

I purchased some content yesterday, 7/26/23 and though my purchases profile confirms the sale, the keys do not show in my License keys profile.  

I also cannot login to the game.  The message I recieve is -  No connection to authorization server.    Lost connection to Master-Server.  

My internet is working fine.   

This is after a full re-install to the latest version.   The game is requiring at least 1 log in to play in offline mode, which I cannot do. 

Will check again in 24 hours to see if the problem has fixed itself.  Any help in the meantime is appreciated.  Thanks.
