Rearm - Refuel - Repair

Just started running IL-2 with the Cassie 3.4 Ultrapak and loving the Pacific careers. I see the option to RRR but not sure where I need to be on the base to use it. I'm off runway, near parked planes, engine off, chocks in, canopy open, says i'm out of position.
