Squadron Log book error

Thankyou Pat for making Il-2 far more realistic and interesting to play. I can't even begin to imagine the effort that has gone into all of this.

 

Apologies if this is exactly the same error log that others have posted regarding the Squadron Log error (won't open Squadron Log no matter what I try; I've only created a couple of missions with no change to config or any other settings). Anyway, please see attached.

 

Also, I don't get any Newspaper reports (just a blank page with no newspapers showing at all) but no error report.

Just came here to post the same issue. I get an error when attempting to read squadron log.

Same. Squadron log gives an error when pressing the button.

 

Newspaper is blank for me as well but its possible there just hasn’t been any news triggers yet where I’m at. I’m 10 days into Bodenplatte on a new campaign and 5 days into Moscow on the other for reference.

I have not been working with the code for some time now.  I am sitting on some changes that need to be deployed.  This is another issue that needs to be fixed.  I'll see if I can get some time this weekend to fix it.

Thanks Pat...I know once Starfield releases your time will be even more scare (as will mine).

Yeah, it's Baldur's Gate 3 right now.  I feel like I'm 18 again playing D&D.  Still, it's mostly work over the past year or so.  Same company but new position.  A good deal more intense.  Plus it's been 14 years and I'm getting older.  More nap time needed

Yes, crazy good time right now for non-sim game releases, I have playing BG3 coop with my 30 year old son.  All of these make me want to think about retiring. 

 

Speaking of which, the problem for you with the 14 years of PWCG development is that you have managed to single handedly create the world's best role playing dynamic Career available for WWI & WWII sim flyers.  Now leaving you with way too many fans (like me) for a passion project...so, we have to try and leave you alone for a sabbatical from what we know must have turned into a pro bono second Career (pun intended).

Speaking of nostalgia, as someone who doesn’t play flight sims on a regular basis, my Ar234 campaign is making me feel like I’m playing US Navy Fighters from 1997 again only without the “Atoll inbound, drop flare” every 30 second LOL
