Joystick tank controller ?

Hi, I'm thinking of having a change and buying and downloading Tank Crew, I just need to know if I can select my multi-button joystick to control all the functions of the various tanks that I can operate.

I ended up using my pedals for steering, throttle for throttle, and mouse for aim.
But lots of people use stick for aim too.

Sure you can. On the latest exhibiton for 1C employees I mapped tank controls on Warthog joystick and throttle plus VKB pedals.

Surpising it was, it were the girls who had most fun driving a tank and shelling everything around.

Yep, I use my HOTAS.  A left over concept from Panzer Elite days.  It's hard to be a multi-person crew using buttons.  You need to be able to manage all the positions at one time.

Just tried joystic controller for turret and I find it way better than mouse. I found gameplay of TC very enjoyable now. Give me a stabilizer for VR gunsight view and it would be perfect to me.

Joystick for turret and shooting works fine. I prefer my modded Warthog throttle over pedals with this https://deltasimelectronics.com/.

Tuned for L-R steering only, works fine for rudder in planes too.
