No company in the world is just going to send passwords to people, and I'm sure 1C is no exception. If anyone would get passwords sent to them whenever they ask, that's about as good security as not having any passwords at all. It's got nothing to do with 1C being insolvent; in fact they have a legal obligation to NOT just send temporary passwords to people without proper prior identification. Of course it can happen that people forget their password. And I'm sure they have policies in place to reset your account, if you contact support.
