Getting error when adding a co-op pilot to my PWCGFC

so recently a friend and I picked up the flying circus DLC and tried using the PWCGFC version and we kept getting this error here is the errorlog.txt as suggested 
it throws this error and won't let me add any co-op pilots in the administer  pilots tab in the campaign

If this is a German Campaign, it has something to do with the medals. Pat is aware and is working on a fix. No Idea on release time line. But until then German careers are a no go.
