Hire a cheap intern coder to work on fixes/tweaks to old content

I know all the core guys are busy on the new project/content, but it seems to me that it would be win/win for the developers and for the customers, if you hired a cheap intern to work on all the issues people have brought up on the forum or elsewhere over the years. Some issues need a veteran touch, but lots of the issues raised don't need an expensive veteran coder to address, and would be perfect to be left to a cheap intern coder.

It's a win for us because obviously we get our fixes/tweaks, but also for you because it will build good PR at a time when its low due to lack of info about the future. It's also good for you because this would be a perfect learning experience to familiarize a new person with your code, and the cheap intern could prove himself good enough to become one of your core guys at a time when finding good coders is difficult as I've seen mentioned before by 1C.

Just a suggestion.

I don't think the dev's are incompetent. I see the longstanding bugs as a time/money thing. A cheap intern addresses that.

The phrase 'recipe for disaster' comes to mind.  To indulge a pointless hypothesis, an experienced volunteer would be a much safer option with no shortage of candidates, but let's stay in the real world or as close as we get to it.

An experienced volunteer(s) works too.

Hello,

Fixes for the current content are planned and will come as well as new content as we can see on the DD! I can't wait for the IAR myself, need an excuse to fly again some Stalingrad career and in VR ?

I am not sure about sure about how 1CGS develops it's software, but Han wanted the team to be expanded some months ago. I think they already got some new talents! ?

e.g. the Fw 190 A-3 FTH of 7000m could be corrected to the FTH of other A-Variants ?

There's a whole forum full of work for an eager intern wanting to prove himself.
