Hi all,

I made a template and I would like to put blocks in an already existing group.

I can not do it.

Help me please.

That sounds tough and time-consuming. Why not just make a new group?

If they're new blocks, just right-click the group, then "Set group as working."

If the blocks already exist, select all of them as well as the group, combine them into a new group, name the group the same as the old one, set it as the working group, then ungroup the old one.

Thank you for your answers.  In fact, I erased the blocks then recreated them by activating the group. Thanks.?

In the future instead of deleting, just make a new group with the current one you want to add to and the new objects, then right click and “ungroup recursive” will delete the sub-grouping to form one new group.

We can add that depending on the future use of groups it is also very useful to save the group to a file inside a Mission related Groups Folder. Naming is important. You should define a logical naming "rules" for the groups in your mission. This will help later on.

In this way you can later either access it using the File Import command (this will preserve the position of all of the group objects on the map, or use the groups list and insert the group wherever you want on the map.

If you have a group that exists already and that you have "Selected Group As Working", then you can import the group file, or select from the group list and they will be in both cases inside the Working Group. Later if you wish you can like AEthelraedUnraed or Jagermeister said already ungroup or ungroup recursive if you have sub-groups to have all the objects at the same group level.
