How to use Berloga 1v1 Duels. New to Multiplayer

Hi all,

 

I'm looking for some information on how to use the Berloga 1v1 Multiplayer.

 

My friend I fly with with can't get on much anymore and I'm tired of fighting AI. I'd like to do some 1v1 duels with real players. I found the Berloga server but I'm unsure what to do. I'm limited right now with my graphics card and Rift S. Have to use lower quality and can barely see anything so the furball dogfights are too much.

 

How do you start or enter a 1v1 duel on the Berloga server?
