Multicrew Issues

Hi i'm trying to play tank crew multicrew with my friend on a server that i am hosting but everytime they try and join my tank to multicrew it, all the positions are greyed out and they cannot make it into the tank (see photo). There are no other crew members in the tank except me so we do not know why this is happening. Can anyone help?

You need to make sure that others can join your tank. There's an option to lock/unlock positions within the tank. I believe, once in the sim, you can hit escape and look gunner stations. Open this option and make sure "unlock gunner position" is unchecked.

This is with positions unlocked. When they are locked the tank does not show up at all

I can't remember if the free tanks are multicrew?

I think one person needs to own tank crew to get the multicrew tanks?

I could multicrew to panzers before owning the game (tank crew) and i could control 1 tank alone.

you can be any position available in the tank except driver
