Secondary Illumination won't work

Hi I was just trying the "Darkness over Derna" single mission in the JU 88 c4 trop late.  This mission takes place at dusk and is dark.  I toggled the primary illuminatrion and the left side of instruments lit up but when I toggled secondary illumination the right side of instrument panel did not light up.  I got a message that secondary illumination was at 100% but there was no change in the cockpit.  This seems like a bug if I'm not mistaken.

Please confirm you have a key correctly programmed for the illumination.

 

If that doesn't work, try turning the illumination on with the mouse.

 

If you are still having a problem, please report on the bugtracker.

 

Make sure you have deleted the cache file between updates.

I followed all those steps and the problem persists, I'll report it on the bugtracker. thanks.
