Mission Planning Room

I realise that the Mission Commander (or some similar name) was planned to cover much of this functionality, but that seems to have died. So, how about something a bit simpler?

A Mission Planning Room adapted from the Airfield Selection Screen, with the following features:

1. Select fields and aircraft with variable 10 minute reservation that cannot be cancelled.

2. The ability to plot routes... yes, I know we can do some of that on the in game map.

3. Ability to advertise your mission to friendly players (maybe limit target name, but with mission length from plan).

4. The mission planner able to invite interested players to view and participate in the mission (this would take some netcode, but surely not much).

5. The mission planner can activate simultaneous spawn.
