Is it possible to increase chances of meeting an Ace in FC? (PWCG)

Is there a way to alter any config file or adjust a setting somewhere to increase the chances of meeting an ace? I've only ever seen one on one career, despite regularly meeting Jastas that were full of them in reality, flying together every day and I'd like to get that level of authenticity (even if it is really dangerous!).
