Rudders, keyboard use, joystick use

I do not see rudders in any setting only mouse joystick also what every  key on keyboard dose.

E = engine 

M = map

A = autopilot 

Spacebar = sometimes fires the guns

P = pause game

SO ON the page on here everyone says to go to DOSE NOT TELL YOU what these mean..................

Under plane controls it is listed as Yaw.  Are you using a joystick, and do you have pedals?

In the Key Mapping menu, you will have three options for each operation. The rudder is traditionally used to control Yaw (and sometimes brakes, too). In the following screen shot, you can see that my Plane control: yaw [meaning my rudder control] can be contolled by the Z/X buttons or my joy2_axis_t (my rudder pedals].

 

Meanwhile, my pitch and roll are controlled by my joy0_axis_y and _x respectfully (with my VKB joystick).

I do not have rudders yet as I want to get the right ones. I had used my joystick click on yaw but the gas did not work with it.

You might try watching this, or some other youtube videos. They are very helpful.
