Any Good D-Day Missions?

With June 6th coming up, I’m itching to play a good D-Day mission. 
 

I’ve started Normandy careers, but they’re still a good couple of months away from D-Day. 
 

If I start a new career that begins with the invasion, what would be a good squadron to fly with that will see some D-Day action?

This will keep you busy Spidey. Plenty of targets. D-Day scenario with landing craft...etc, etc.

 

 P-51B Mission "Section Leader Normandy Invasion"

*Player flies as Section Leader with some new logic intended to allow the player more leeway in directing their wingman within the parameters of their flight.

Do not use Auto Pilot until you have taken off and are heading toward the Target area.

*Edit... Actually, just don't use Auto Pilot period. Fly the plane. 

 

*Player should be able to fly the mission with or without the HUD. Try both. With an invasion scenario mission should be immersive but always playable.

Comments on the new way to direct your section and the invasion are welcome.
