Intentions for AI fixes?

Hello a question for the developers really.

 

I was wondering if there are any intentions of making changes to the AI. The combat AI has received a number of improvements and I find them entertaining enough. It's querks are known and I personally can live with them.

 

But there are a few secondary AI issues that I would love to have adressed. In no particular order:

  • damaged AI zigzag all the way back to base. They don't stop when out of threat range.
  • Crash landings. AI does not look for a good spot to set down. They just keep flying straight on and simply crash wherever their path leads them. Even if a particulair nice spot is just a few meters off. Or set down early if they cannot clear an obstacly in their way.
  • AI never leans the fuel and run out before player. I like to take off and then let the AI (press A) to take over until near objective/enemy. AI goes full throttle, full stop rinse and repeat all the way. No small movements so uses ton of fuel. Especially bad on Normandy map.
  • On planes that have it, AI never feathers a prop with the expected result of a crash.
  • Twin eniged aircraft flown by AI that suffer damage to control surfaces always crash even when the make it back to base. They ussually stall out in the circuit.

 

Another greatly desired improvement would be bomber formation. The big V is unrealistic and looks weird braking immersion. The formation the bombers have when the player is tasked with bomber intercept are awesome (Probably done by creating fout flights of three I suspect). The big V also has as a result that with 9 planes the outer ones never get to drop their bombs because the lead plane is allready turning away before they reach their bomb point.

 

I off course have no idea what it is I am asking in relation to how much work it is. So I am just currious if anything is planned.
