Can someone explain to me why the speedometer in the Me 262 look like this.

I haven't seen it in any other aircrafts.

What I mean is the area around 400 km/h.

Why is there a "gap" that is black?

I read somewhere about IAS and TAS, has it anything to do with this?

100-400km/h scale is indicated airspeed

400-1000km/h scale is true airspeed

 

Two separate needles are built in and both can be seen at high altitudes

I understand, if looking really close at the picture it's actually possible to see both needles!
