purchased static campaigns impossible to unlock

Greetings virtual friends from virtual combat, can someone help me? I'm new to buying in il 2, I bought two static campaigns and I haven't been able to unlock them, go to my profile and activate the keys and even so, when I want to fly the campaigns appear blocked in the game. What am I doing wrong, I already wrote to the support area but they don't answer me anything useful, if this thread is already in the forum I apologize but you really should help me

Are you sure you are on the correct part of the Forum? As far as I am aware there are no campaigns for sale for Blitz or Desert Wings.  They are only available in IL2 GB.
