Game now takes 4 times as long to start up as it used to.

I mean the time just until reaching the login screen.

Seems to be happening since latest update, although I can't discard a local problem of mine. But other people I know experienced the same.

Mission load time is much less.  I think they made that trade - preloading more stuff.  Obviously I'm not 100% sure but the two seemed to happen at the same time.
