Support ticket. still awaiting after 3 weeks. and still no reply.

hi, all.  i submitted a support ticket  3 weeks ago,   and still awaiting a reply.

 

so ive submitted another support ticket. asking what happened to the support tick submitted. 3 weeks ago.

 

 customer support cant be that busy.  unless they found work with virgin media, here in the uk.

 

hopefully, i hear soon.
