FC2 Sale Times of the Year

Ive been playing and enjoying IL2 for several years, but since getting TrackIR, its taken it to a new level and brought back all the joy of playing again.  Ive been eyeing FC2 recently but missed the last sale.  If I buy it at full price, my wife will likely murder me before I can enjoy it!  When is it likely to go on sale again?

FC2 has only recently had it's full release and hasn't been on sale yet. The current store price is 59.99, down from initial 79.99, so perhaps it's already started having its price revised. Which might indicate being part of the next sale. Either way it shouldn't be too long.

I'm hanging out for it to be on sale too as I don't have it on my alt account and the Recon planes on Flugpark are always FC2 types.

Oh silly me, I had only browsed through Steam because that is where I had originally bought IL2...  Thanks for the info, looking forward to getting into WW1 hopefully soon-ish!

If one buys from the Shop, can it be used on steam (FC1 is there)

Hang on,  do you have FC1 already? If not then the sale on now has it for just 23.99. 

 

That's a very decent price and FC1 is a much better start point than FC2 imo. Grab it now if you haven't already.

Actually yes, Enceladus was so kind to gift me a copy just recently!
