Can't link steam items to standalone

Hi, several years ago I bought BoS in STEAM.

I downloaded the game in that platform and link the account with Il2.

Now, If I access to my il2 account with steam login, i cant see any products, but if I try to buy BoS again (not steam this time) a waning shows up.

I performed more tests, If I play standalone version, in login I can't match Steam and Il2 account, therefore when I access only have BoB (see captura), while If I play with Steam I can see BoS and Bob.
