Account Not Detected

Early this morning, I launched the IL2 game and my player name was not listed (instead it read "playerXXXX" ; the x's were numbers) and my DLC purchased via IL2 store were not listed. Very strange. I had played for 292 hours since 2017. I exited the game and relaunched. Now it was asking if I was a new player and need to create an account or if I am a returning player. Of course, I selected the second option. The next screen asked if I want to join my IL2 account with my Steam account or just join via Steam. Of course, I picked the 1st option. Then there was a message on the screen that read "#5 License key is not activated." (see attachment). How can that be?! I have played for 292 hours! I then looked on my IL2 account at the website and I don't see any license key for the main game. I also checked on Steam. I also checked in the IL2 folders on my PC. However, even if I did find it, it's a roadblock; the game is not asking me to enter my license key. It just says it's not activated. Argh!
