hi, ive submitted a support ticket dated 26/4/23. and heard nothing upto press..

i bought 3 items via the website store, paid via xsolla/babka. and babka.  have sent the items into a old e-mail address.  and ive tried changing my name which i use in steam. on the website and linking steam.  steam version as all other purchases. Moscow, Stalingrad, and other  bought dlc from previous purchases.via the website and steam.

your help or assistance would be greatly  appreciated.
