Aiming Turret Guns.

I want to do my own turret gunning since the bots can't hit anything these days.

 

I can take control of the gun and fire it, but my mouse isn't currently moving the gun sight.

What's the command to set this ?

Still can't get the gunsight to move.

 

I've tried :

 

I have been able to move the gunners head around, but not the gun sights.

I must be missing something obvious..

Unfortunately I'm nestling to the sight ok.

The above settings are moving the gunners head, presumably Move Pilot Head options.. but my tracking is doing that anyway.

 

That's not what I'm after - I can't aim with (move) the gun.

They must have renamed it. It is now: 'Bow pilot head vertically' and 'Turn pilot head horizontally'. Just a few lines below what you posted.

They should give a refresh into the bot's gunning AI.

That's done the trick.

Although how anyone's supposed to figure that out I don't know.

It's nothing to do with the 'pilot', nor is it 'head movement'.

A 'Turret Aiming' command in the weapons section would surely be better ?
