Pacific campaign?

Good morning,

is there a chance for a big DLC with the Pacific campaign? Like in the good old IL2 Sturmovik 1946? I miss it a bit...
Japan/USA - Army/Navy planes, aircraft carriers, torpedoes, beaches, palm trees... what do You think, is there any hope...?

At the moment, no... in the future, could be years ahead, but it has been mentioned.

The devs should just do Guadalcanal, won’t really involve carriers and it would be a great starting point for Pacific War installments. After that they can do a battle other than Midway and Coral Sea which carriers played a role.

 

Lastly, the FMs and DMs for dive bombers, torpedo bombers and bombers don’t matter so much because they are not fighters so if it’s close enough then that’s fine with me, and I don’t care how many ammo magazines the rear gunner in the Val and the Kate had nor whether he had a radio, those things wouldn’t affect my experience in any way.
