Two of my controllers loose their settings after PC restart

Saitek TPM ,and MJ16.

Is there a way to fix this?

Don't restart your computer?

 

Seriously, make a back up of your control files and restore them as needed. However, that does not fix the root problem, which sounds like either a windows controller issue, or maybe you have more than eight peripherals attached in IL-2?
