Do you happen to have a copy of book JaPo published years ago about the K-4? If not, that's probably still the best place to look.

I removed the Sirens from the gears simply because it slowed the aircraft down a lot. Especially when your carrying 3 bombs

My two cents :

A photograph of two Bf 109K-4s probably in Mtt. Regensburg plant found in the old but still very interesting Poruba and Mol's "Messerschmitt Bf 109K camouflage & marking" published by JaPo in 2000 and mentioned above by LukeFF :

"(...) Lower surfaces are left unpainted, only some parts - such as ailerons, flaps, regulation flaps, lower engine cowling - carry 76 (...).

 

From this book, another photograph of a late war G-10 of the 613xxx batch with the same paint scheme.
