Ram399 Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 (edited) The new skyboxes and lighting tech actually had me lost for words trying the current build in VR for the first time. In much the same way I felt lost for words the first time I flew in IFR conditions and broke through a cloud ceiling in real life- the game is almost indistinguishable from it now. As is only natural, I have yet more screenshots to provide of a dawn career mode mission over Kuban. Spoiler Edited March 18, 2022 by Ram399 13
Jake Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 (edited) @ Ram399 Absolutely fantastic shots. I really need to get into the cockpit tonight. Haven't had time this week. Edited March 18, 2022 by Jake 6 1

I'm not really sure, but I think the clouds were "cumulous congestus", set at pretty high altitude (2700-3000m) and I had the clouds in either "broken" or overcast" settings. Don't remember, because I change them a lot. The map was western front, 1944 summer, or autumn, don't know exactly and lastly i clicked on the sunrise icon. No idea at what altitude I started. (7500-9000m) I also had the haze density past middle and the dawn/dusk fog ON. 1
