With this setup, can I do better than 35FPS? And would a Reverb G2 be better or are my specs too low?

Specs:  i5-9400F, GTX 1660Ti

I wanna know if I should update computer or if the Reverb would take me to 60 FPS ?

thanks

HP Reverb does not have any magic to help you, it is just VR goggles, almost the same as quest, +/- some pixels.

Try to make more optimized settings (search forum for quest threads), and if possible update PC (graphic card - I would do that).

Try optimising your settings by using openxr toolkit which can get you a bit better performance by upscaling using NIS or FSR. Also try using Oculus Tray Tool if you are not already using it.

Yeah, I can't get openxr to work on my system. When I launch il2, it gives me a fail message. The occulus tray tool is better than the debug tool, though, so thanks for that suggestion.

Have you installed open composite? You will need that so that it runs in openxr. https://mbucchia.github.io/OpenXR-Toolkit/opencomposite.html
