Rivers are hard to see on new map

Rivers are great navigation tools, and love the new map, but....it's really hard to see them on the map (not the actual ground surface, just the map).  Please use a brighter color, or highlight them in some way to make them easier to see on the map.  Also, the village names can be difficult to determine which name belongs to which city when there are multiple villages in close proximity to one another.  Not sure if anything can be done about that, but any effort to help distinguish them would be appreciated.
