Technochat help

Hey Folks,

So sorry to bother on this, but my technochat has been going away mid-flight or mid-mission and I can't find the key to bring it back. Went through the settings and can't find a "technochat" button to turn it on or off mid-flight. I kind of need that at this stage. Any thoughts or any help would be greatly appreciated!!
