PWCG Flying Circus - Are there Lone Wolf missions?

Simple question, and admittedly I've never made enough progress in FC to find out, but; Is it possible to fly lone wolf with no specific mission, in the dynamic PWCG environment?
Considering the earlier war content coming with FC Volumes 3 and 4, I'm particularly curious. If they are not in, how feasible is it to ask for them?
It's hardly a particularly large thing; One can get pretty close by generating a patrol of some variety and just removing everyone but yourself. But I've enjoyed my Lone Wolf missions quite a lot in WOFF, and I'd love to have that sort of agency sometimes of,
"No goal, no restrictions, just come back in one piece." once you've got the rank and the experience to throw around.

I removed that awhile back.  You can create a lone wolf mission by simply removing the other pilots (that's all a lone wolf mission ever was even when I did have the feature).
