Single player: Rudder animations broken

I don't know how many planes are affected but in  sinlgeplayer QMB, Axis planes appear to have no rudder animation.   I can tail them closely and watch that their maneuvers are yawing left and right but, the rudder always stays centered.  I don't know if this applies to multiplayer as well.
