Rift S tracking issue

Since the Meta change in the begining of the year, my Rift S has experienced jittery head movement where the position of my virtual head bascially jumps around every now and then.
This happens outside the game as well, but less frequent. 
I've tried googling the issue, but found absolutely nothing, so in a last ditch effort I turn to you. Have any of you had any issues with the Rift S after then change to the meta accounts happened?

Does what you're seeing resemble what I report on my VP2?

 

 

I also feel like it started happening sometime in the last year, and I wonder if it's related to some SteamVR or Il-2 change, rather than something headset specific.
