No sound and view issues after update

Like the title says I have no sound and my hat view does not return to center after panning.  Both issues fine before update.

 

Edit:

Well sound fixed after a restart.  I'm fooling with settings for the view...

 

Seems like snap views no not re-center.  Fix?
